SP to Exp exchange is available for donators.
The options are :
1. With each 10$ donation you get 400 cubi and can choose to get 1 SP = 1 Exp - maximum 50 million SP per 10$ donation instead of reputation (notice after donation)
2. Each 10$ donation for exchange only - 1 SP = 10 Exp - Maximum 50 million SP per 10$ donation (notice after donation)
Exchange rate may change if Administration decide so. Event available on all servers.

При донате возможен обмен СП на Експ:
1. За каждые 10$ донат вместо reputation tickets - 1 SP = 1 Exp - максимум 50м СП за каждые 10$ доната (указать при донате)
2. За каждые 10$ донат только за обмен - 1 SP = 10 Exp - максимум 50м СП за каждые 10$ доната (указать при донате)
Курс обмена может меняться по усмотрению администрации.
Этот евент действует на всех серверах

how can i convert my 30m SP to exp?
kak ja shas mogu svaji 30 mil sp pomenjat na exp ...
answer: 2 options:
1 - donate 10$ and recieve 400 cubi + 30m SP will be converted to 30m Exp
2 - donate 10$ and 30m SP will be converted to 300m Exp. No cubis will be delivered
ответ: 2 варианта:
1 - задонатить 10$ и получить 400 куби + 30м сп будет сконвертировано в 30м експ
2 - задонатить 10$ и 30м сп будет сконвертировано в 300м експ. Куби не будут доставлены

So, if i got 140mil sp, and i dont want cubis, how much exp can i get max?

Hello the donations page option #3 tells you exactly how much sp to exp exchange you can get.
For 140m you could get 1000m exp the 40m sp wouldn't be used necessarily; you would have to grind for another 10m to exchange 50m sp to 500m exp.
Which leads me to another comment for all those power level haters out there.....
I played the original server where there was no perks like LMS has here. I grinded my butt off from 1-105 the "honorable" way as some of you call it. Is boring as hades.
I like LMSPW and for a fact don't mind the perks for donations as some complain about.
The FACT of the matter is this...you still have to grind for the spirit to exchange for experience. SO is not cheating to donate for levels if you choose to do so.
I, for one, work alot and don't have the time to "grind out levels and spirit all the time nor do I want to.
SO the next time some "moron" wants to make a comment like" I choose to level the honorable way" or "I don't play my character like that" or"You don't know what you are doing." STFU!!! I leveled same character on regular server and I'm out leveling you so get a life and leave us donators alone!
